How many STIX can I drink per day?

Do HOLISTIX products contain sugar?

No! Our products do not contain sugar. Do HOLISTIX products contain dairy, gluten, nuts or soy?

No, all of our products are formulated without dairy, gluten, soy or sugar. 

While coconut is commonly referred to as "coconut nut", botanically speaking, it is not a true nut. Instead, it is classified as a drupe. However, for individuals with nut allergies, it's essential to consult with a healthcare professional, as some people with nut allergies may also be sensitive to coconut.

Are HOLISTIX products Non-GMO?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Be sure to double-check your shipping and billing information when using express checkout methods.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will automatically receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. You will later receive a tracking link by email when your order ships from our warehouse. Please note it can take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update. Email notifications regarding your order will be sent to the email address you provided when making your order. If you cannot find any notification emails in your regular inbox, we recommend checking for an overzealous spam filter before reaching out to help@holistixwellness.com for help. 

How do I update or cancel my order?

Can I drink HOLISTIX while pregnant or breastfeeding?

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is free for one-time purchases over $65.00. For one-time purchases under $65.00, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your ship to location.

How can I track my order?

Your order will ship within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a follow up email with your shipment tracking information.

Do you ship outside of the US?

Not yet, but we hope to one day! Follow us on socials to be the first to know when we do.

What if my shipment is lost or damaged?

What is your return policy?

Didn't like your STIX? We are happy to process a return and refund, no questions asked. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the returned item, less a $10 shipping charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Have been purchased on holistixwellness.com within the last 30 days

Replacements

HOLISTIX has a 30 day replacement window. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must:
